We recently used GT Financial services to refinance our residential and investment loans. Graham suggested a very simple loan structure compared the complex structure we had with our previous lender. He negotiated a discount on the interest rates before settlement and again a further discount just 1 week after we settled our loans. We are super impressed with the result. Overall the refinance process took about 3 months which was longer than I expected. I thank Graham for his help over the last few months.
